Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day

  • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are or will be delivered uniformly;
    • on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial consignments or items;

Exceptions to the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

  • goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. personalised products);
  • goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;
    • Alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;Newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts;sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

    Important note on personalised products:

    After the final order has been placed, a cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, as our exclusive production lines are already running at full speed to manufacture your products in the highest quality and individually for you. The right of cancellation expires prematurely in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB as soon as the production of a personalised product has begun.

    To exercise your right of cancellation:

    To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (BEARPAW GmbH, Hannebach 30, 96269 Rossach, Telephone number: +49 (0) 9565 616 88 0, E-Mail address: info@bearpaw-products.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

    Consequences of cancellation:

    If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. By default, we use the credit to the "Friends for friends" points account for this repayment, which you can redeem at any time and without restriction for your next order. If you do not want this, please expressly inform us that you wish to receive the refund to the original means of payment used.

    However, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
